• I'm Lauren (Ella), I'm 25 and I live in a little flat in Edinburgh with my fiancé Sean. We met at the University of St Andrews seven years ago and moved in together in London in 2014 after I'd moved back to Kent and Sean had bounced around Edinburgh, Aberdeen and even Philadelphia. Then in 2015 we were thrown a curveball in the form of Sean getting a permanent job in Edinburgh and well, here we are. You can read a little snapshot of our lives together so far here.
  
  I started this blog in October 2011 whilst I was in my final year at university because I wanted a hobby that didn't involved playing a musical instrument or doing any exercise. I've always loved writing, the internet and chatting about everything and nothing, so a blog seemed like the logical choice. Since then my little space on the internet has evolved from reviewing beauty products and grainy outfit photos against my bedroom wall to a place where I share snapshots of my life and the little things that I find wonderful.
